Experience Managers are here to ensure that our customers and our Travel Consultants enjoy the very best experience throughout the buying process. From the time a travel consultant makes a booking, the Experience Manager takes over.
The Experience Manager then manages the booking, ensures everything is delivered onetime and correctly to the customer, they proof and double check all of the details ensuring nothing is missing, they act as a named main point of contact for the customer and the Travel Consultant. They follow up with tickets and information and basically ensure the very best level of service and experience.
